VOL I

WELCOME TO THE NEWSLETTER

We have seen this movement grow and flourish. But, we want more. We want to help you and your organization get representation at events. We want to collaborate and educate together. That is how ETHA was born. We are in the infant stages of our initiative...but we are a viable seed planted in the region and our goal is to grow into a mighty oak tree. Grounded. Strong. Resilient. And we hope you will lock arms with us.

NEWSLETTERVOL II

The crisp air. The smell of hot chocolate and the warmth of the fire are just some of the comforts we look forward to when the seasons change. It’s been unseasonably warm here in East Tn. We aren’t complaining though! It will be cold soon enough.

VOL III

December has come and gone and the garden is still flourishing with life. Our garlic, kale and cabbages are loving the cooler weather. The blueberry bushes were stripped by the deer...this year we will be working on keeping them out of the food cycle!  What do you do with the deer population?

VOL IV

SPRING IS SPRUNG!

The birds are chirping in the South East. The maple leaf is just budding. The daffodils and hyacinth are blooming and we are getting all the garden beds ready for planting!  The soil is beginning to warm up and we are itching to get our hands into it.
