Awaken and align your body with nature. Feel the water on your body and the sun on your face. Listen to the birds and the sound of the water lapping at your board. Taught at your pace with all equipment provided. Board Life jacket Paddle Slow Flow is for all levels. No experience necessary. Please bring clothing suitable for outdoors, water bottle, sunglasses and a towel for after.
